Dear Student
On Saturday 2nd June 2018 Ismaa hosted a championship at the Redhill School, Multi-Purpose Hall in celebration of our Goju Ryu Karate and its dojos.
15 Dojos affiliated to Ismaa (International Shorei Martial Arts Academy) lead by our Chief instructor Shihan Arnold De Beer with 200 students entered from 5 years to over 35 years.
This was a competition of all our affiliated Dojos from Gauteng, Potchefstroom, Durban and Krugersdorp.
The tournament was well run and organised with more than enough qualified referee’s to help on the day.
Congratulations to the referees and all the table official that gave up their time for our students, for a job well done! And to Sensei Roberta as Ismaa’ s Chief referee for the day also just recently qualifies to a UFAK International referee for KARATE SOUTH AFRICA.
4Ways dojo did very well bringing home plenty of medals, but most importantly the student enjoyed themselves tremendously.
